The Highland Access Recovery Program (HARRP) supports the successful reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals through mentorship, peer support, housing referrals, job readiness training, and family support services.
HARRP is designed to reduce recidivism and strengthen community stability by providing pathways to self-sufficiency, accountability, and long-term recovery.
